Supply Planner

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Production Monitoring – Oversee production to ensure production priority is followed
• Inventory Management- Set target inventory for production parts and raw materials in coordination with manufacturing and purchasing, monitor adherence to targets
• Set production work center output targets in coordination with manufacturing
• Problem Resolution – Identify, analyze, and resolve production delays or bottlenecks
• Create reports on production status, performance, and efficiency for management.
• Liaise between sales, purchasing, and production teams to meet customer demands while optimizing efficiency

Experience, Skills & Education:

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience – 3 years in production planning, or manufacturing roles
• Experience with material requirements planning, and Excel
• Analytical Skills-Strong ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and manage complex schedules
• Communication- Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with various departments
• Experience with Alteryx or similar software a plus

Additional Qualities Necessary:

• Onsite in Grand Prairie, TX
• Must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to simultaneously handle multiple duties, prioritize and follow through on all tasks and projects, and meet pre-determined deadlines with limited supervision.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive company image to K&N co-workers, customers and vendors

Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
