The Administrative Assistant- Accounts Payable & Office Support will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. Primary responsibilities include managing accounts payable, entering time tickets for production staff, and performing general office duties to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable including invoice entry, matching POs, and vendor communication
- Accurately enter time tickets and track labor hours for manufacturing jobs
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Support accounting and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records of financial documents and job tracking
- Assist with reports, scheduling, and internal communications as needed
