$130-180k base salary with Bonus, 401k, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision and much more!
Oversees conceptual and negotiated projects throughout preconstruction phase. Provides leadership with an in-depth understanding of pre-development/pre-construction, conceptual estimating, budgeting, cost analysis, value engineering, cost control, and scheduling.
- Integrated project team and project goal development
- Conceptual budget/estimating & identify future scope
- Produce schedule blocking and work with team members on phasing and logistics
- Perform take-offs of construction documents and input into spreadsheets and estimating programs
- Create and implement procedures for estimates including creation of spreadsheets, formulas and presentation formats for estimates
- Evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, and material costs and pricing structure
- Seeks, qualify and incorporate subcontractors and suppliers into project plan
- Project Logistics Planning
- Evaluate materials and phases of projects for cost saving approaches through value engineering and cost analysis
- Guide the execution of multiple projects through preconstruction activities and phases
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
- 10 years of progressively responsible related job experience in the construction industry
