Per Mile rate is based on type of route taken Rate is very attractive along with most nights at home. Great job for a CDL driver that want to have a good home life balance. It has always been important to MBS that our drivers are home as much as possible. Our drivers are on the move we do not hang them out away from home.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• The delivery routes leave MBS on Monday morning and return on Tuesday night. They again leave out Wednesday and return on Friday and are always home for the weekend.
• This position does come with a lot of freedom to work independently and it is therefore necessary that a self-motivated person to fill this position.
• There are other driving positions within the company that could become available as you gain tenure within the company.

Full-Time benefit package (after 90 days*)

7 paid holidays per year

8 days of PTO in the first year of employment

• Used year being earned after 90 day probation period in first year of employment
• Usable in half year increments
• Increasing at a rate specified in the handbook

• Employee option at first of the 1st day of next quarter after 90 days and employer matching at one year after your hire date.

Profit Sharing Plan

• Based on earnings from December to November
• Equal shares for each employee based on full month increments
