Summary
The Facilities and Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of MBS's production machines and facilities. In this role you will work directly with other maintenance technician(s) on the team along with vendors, and contractors on preventive maintenance, ongoing maintenance, repair, and new installations of machines and equipment. Salary will be determined by experience and skillset.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery including forklifts.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure that work is done in a timely fashion and communicate with production and general management regarding production impact and resource needs to complete repairs.
- Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly workplace.
- Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities technician or industrial maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair or replace pumps, motors, gears, belts, chains, and other mechanical systems
- Single and Three Phase Electrical Experience including wiring, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and use of related diagnostic tools
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
