Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using data entry systems.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and payments accurately while adhering to company policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with client services is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse populations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,746.41 - $65,092.45 per year
