Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including warm calling and lead generation
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for business development and client engagement
  • Conduct analysis of client needs and market trends to tailor solutions that meet client objectives
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Track account performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management

Pay: $45,850.16 - $66,056.11 per year
