Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Sales Bonuses
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Consistent, predictable daytime hours)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly pay via direct deposit
Schedule Flexibility Requirements:
- Office Backup: Availability for an occasional 7:00 AM start to open the office when the Office Manager is on leave.
- Holiday Season: Availability for occasional weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) during peak holiday weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales: Answer inbound calls/emails/texts, provide cleaning quotes, conduct in-home estimates, secure new bookings, and manage follow-up tasks. Conduct daily courtesy calls to customers scheduled for service the next business day. Listen and rate sales calls to improve sales techniques and marketing reports. Quality calls to follow up with first time customers to ensure absolute satisfaction. Step in for random quality assurance phone calls or in-home visits when the QA Supervisor is away.
Operations, Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate closely with the scheduler on booking requests, final booking details, and last-minute changes. Monitor cleaning staff periodically via dispatch software to ensure field operations are moving smoothly. Assist the Office Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and fulfilling employee/client requests. Communicate seamlessly across administrative staff, managers, and the owner across our Anoka & Hopkins locations (via phone, Teams Messenger, and quarterly in-person meetings).
Office Upkeep & Field Support: Maintain a clean office environment, including the daily laundering, folding, and prepping of cleaning bags for the next day. Drive to the field to deliver emergency supplies or equipment to cleaning staff when needed. Use of personal vehicle required. Mileage reimbursement applies. Step in to help cleaning staff complete homes if time is running out or if cleaner has an emergency.
Daily Closing: Secure and lock up the office at the end of the day. Complete open-ended client requests, end-of-day office tasks, and prep for the next day. Verify which cleaning staffs have safely checked in. Check in on cleaners still out in the field to notify them that the admin staff is leaving and that they will need to use building entry codes to gain access upon return.
70% Phone/Computer work, 20% Quality Home/Sales Checkups, 10% office cleaning/filing/preparation work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales, administrative, or office assistant experience (cleaning or service-based industry experience is a major plus!)
- Strong proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Teams Messaging, Outlook, Word, Excel). MM360 Salesforce experience is a plus!
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, mature demeaner.
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be able to complete and pass a background and drug screening.
