What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior HR Coordinator position at Merritt?
ON-SITE MENTOR, OHIO
Purpose
This role is all about supporting the people who keep our operations running. You’ll partner with us to make sure employees—especially those on the floor—have what they need to succeed, stay informed, and feel supported. From handling benefits questions to improving morale, helping with training, and making sure we’re staying compliant, you’ll wear a lot of hats.
And if you’ve worked in a factory or warehouse before, even better. We’re looking for someone who understands what life is like on the floor—not just from an office. That kind of hands-on experience goes a long way in connecting with our teams and helping them thrive.
