Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Cambridge, MA. As a Senior Resident Director Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Resident Director, ensuring efficient office management and execution of day-to-day priorities. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating client communications, assisting with financial reporting, supporting office operations, and contributing to research and project management efforts as needed. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal team members and clients while upholding the highest standards of service and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for financial reporting, project management, and data analysis
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team coordination
- Proven Customer Service expertise, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
- Experience in Research to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial operations management
- Proficiency in relevant office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in wealth management or financial services (a plus)
