What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Director position at Kisco Senior Living?
We are hiring a Resident Care Director at The Newbury of Brookline to manage and direct a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.

What will I do every day?
- Complete accurate and regular resident assessments to determine appropriate level of care
- Maintain all resident information, files, and reports
- Supervise and administer all resident medications
- Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements
- Coordinate care provided by third parties
- Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses
- Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure quality of care
- Conduct departmental planning and forecasting
- Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction
- A passion for excellence
- Three to five years of supervisory experience
- Registered Nurse required
- BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields
- Experience in working with seniors preferred
- Experience as a Wellness Director, Resident Care Director or Assisted Living Director preferred
- Competitive pay: $120,000-$140,000/Yr. Based on Experience
