Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Client Associate to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA, in an on-site capacity. The successful candidate will provide dedicated client service, assist with administrative functions, and support the financial advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, managing client accounts, supporting financial transactions, scheduling and preparing client meetings, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficient in Finance principles and Sales understanding to support client needs and drive business development.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to handle financial data and transactional accuracy.
- Proficiency in using relevant technology, tools, and systems to support client management and account processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, economics) or equivalent experience is preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe is advantageous.
