Job Summary:

- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding patients
- Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and services
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Demonstrate a high level of respect, empathy, and understanding in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues
