About the Role:
As a CNA/CMA on our Night Shift, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, meal assistance, and personal hygiene needs
Assisting with resident transfers, ambulation, and routine care activities
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care
Demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
Responsibilities:
Participate in afternoon and evening care routines, including vital signs, medication administration, and personal care activities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Assist with meal service, including setting up trays and serving meals
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
