Job description and Responsibilities
Receiving all emergency and non-emergency calls, quickly assess and appropriately respond to the caller, input service need accordingly to dispatch/other software while clarifying information, provide solutions and/r alternatives, while maintaining a high level of customer service and call ownership, communicate with fellow team members and drivers to ensure proper service for the customer's needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Works well under pressure
- Thrives in a high call volume atmosphere
- Windows computer environment
- High school degree
