What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook-Brooklane position at Meritus Medical Center Inc?
Prepares food items for patients, employees, visitors and others as assigned to enable the department to provide services as required, completes associated clean-up activities to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment. Nutrition Services is focused on Service Excellence. Education – High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience – Two years experience in institutional food service preferred. One year of cooking experience necessary. Restaurant line cooking experience a plus.
Licensure/Certification – N/A
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Serve Safe Certified Preferred.
