What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to children and adolescents in a residential treatment program
- Facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and daily routines
- Administer medications under supervision and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor resident safety and well-being, responding to behavioral needs with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
- Minimum age: 21
- High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
- Experience working with adolescents in residential care preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred—or willingness to complete training
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Willingness to complete required residential training and CPS clearance
