Our residency program is a unique experience to jumpstart your career, knowing and anticipating your needs and challenges in your first year of nursing practice. Requirements Prior to Interviewing:
Experience – One year experience in relevant specialty preferred. Current BLS (CPR) in compliance with policy.
Licensure/Certification – Current license to practice in the State of Maryland.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Ability to apply the standards of professional nursing practice with compassion and empathy. Basic computer skills required. Must possess high level of organizational and communication skills.

- 2 Letters of Recommendation, with at least one being from a clinical instructor.
- Letter of Intent
