Overview
Merit Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Operations Support Specialist to support our growing cabinetry division, with additional cross-functional support across HVAC and Home Remodeling operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to cabinetry companies within the Merit portfolio
- Work within INNERGY to manage data, job workflows, and system updates
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving internal processes and standard operating procedures
- Support inventory management, including tracking materials and ensuring accuracy across systems
- Coordinate and manage print materials for cabinetry product lines (labels, documentation, shop materials, etc.)
- Collaborate with operations teams across cabinetry, HVAC, and home remodeling divisions on projects and tasks as assigned
- Help identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve workflow and organization
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting needs
- Comfortable working with systems/software (experience with INNERGY is a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in administrative support, operations, or manufacturing/construction environments preferred
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- A team player willing to jump in and support multiple business units
