We have a career track "business development" position available in Upstate New York (north of Rt. 84)! We are looking for a good-natured (love a good laugh), eager and organized individual to take on business development and regional management in the upstate New York region.
The job involves...
- Sourcing and outreach to prospective clients
- Establishing new and long-term relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Participating in business development efforts (attend association events, collaborate on marketing strategies, outreach efforts, etc.).
- Conducting site visits with clients (at least 2 site visits per year).
- Working with HR to recruit, evaluate and place qualified apprentices.
- Updating program data and information in HubSpot to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development on marketing initiatives, brand development, and communication strategies to enhance the sales pipeline.
- Review and refine sales approaches to optimize effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics and maintain comprehensive records of sales activities.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to support client needs and strategic goals.
- Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
