Each Group Leader will have a primary group for whom they will be accountable during check-in, snack time, outdoor activities, and homework/quiet time.

Group Leaders Must:- Possess collaborative, communicative, and creative problem-solving skills while working in a team setting.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and work harmoniously with others.
- Communicate thoughts, issues, ideas, etc. effectively with students and parents.
- Have experience managing groups of 20 or more students.
- Possess a desire to participate as an active listener, contributor, motivator, and leader.
- Maintain a positive attitude and approach opportunities with optimism.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Have or be willing to complete the required background check.
- Create and carry out comprehensive curriculum plans involving outdoor and indoor activities.
- Abide by the Triple A Minimum Standards.
- Be present to retrieve your students before dismissal.
- Accurately communicate with the receptionist and support staff via radio.
- Follow the daily schedule unless directed otherwise.
- Follow enrichment activity plans.
- Be verbally and/or physically engaged with all students in your group at all times.
- Hold conversations, plan activities, and maintain an environment that reflects inclusion and equity.
- Clean up supplies used by yourself and your group.
- Organize restroom and handwashing breaks to ensure proper sanitation.
- Regularly disinfect desks, seats, tables, supplies, and door handles used by your group.
- Set clear expectations with students.
- Fully understand and uphold all Triple A procedures and standards.
- Maintain open communication with the manager.
- Collaborate with co-leaders.
- Remain in constant communication with the assistant manager and receptionist.
- Attend and actively participate in all meetings.
- Efficiently complete all Beginning of Day and End of Day duties.
- Keep your cart and clipboard organized, current, and tidy.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Work hours listed above are required. Staff weekly hours may not exceed 25 hours. Additional hours are not available through Triple A but may be available through other school-day programs.
Compensation- Starting at $15.00 per hour.
- Compensation is based on education and experience.
