In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood specimens, ensuring proper patient identification, and following laboratory and safety protocols to support accurate testing and diagnosis. - Performs patient nursing assessments including medical history collections, checking vital signs, and medical testing including TB tests, pregnancy tests, EKG tests, and influenza and covid tests.
- Administers medication to patients as ordered by the Physician including methadone and suboxone doses in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Provides patient education and health teachings relative to patient care, as directed by the Physician.
- Acts as a team player and provides ongoing support and assistance in all medical office functions.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and high-level quality care that supports whole-person treatment through integrative health services.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support certification or willing to obtain certification
