As the hub of the Executive Office, you’ll play a critical role in keeping leadership operations running smoothly while supporting strong governance practices and representing the Executive Management Team with professionalism and confidence.

- Coordinate Board and executive meetings, including preparation, materials, and follow-up
- Maintain contracts, corporate records, and governance documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the Executive Management Team at the Administrative Office and community events
- Occasionally provide front desk coverage, ensuring a welcoming first impression while maintaining executive operations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
