Meridian Global Staffing Solutions is hiring dependable candidates with hands-on plumbing materials experience for full-time warehouse opportunities in Staten Island.

If you have worked in construction, plumbing installation, renovation, or maintenance and can confidently identify pipe, fittings, valves, fixtures, and related plumbing supplies, we want to hear from you. Candidates with the required product knowledge who are willing to learn warehouse and logistics operations are encouraged to apply.

Sign-on bonus eligibility after 90 days, subject to meeting all requirements explained during onboarding.

Position Overview

This role involves picking, checking, staging, and loading plumbing supply orders. You will use your knowledge of plumbing materials to select the correct products, sizes, types, and quantities.

Plumbing product knowledge is required. Construction experience is relevant when it includes direct work with plumbing materials. Previous plumbing supply or distribution experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick plumbing supply orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and select the correct plumbing products and materials.
• Verify product type, size, quantity, and order specifications.
• Quality-check orders before staging and loading.
• Load and stage customer orders.
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming supplies.
• Assist with inventory and product organization.
• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience or education through a plumbing certification program.
• Strong knowledge of pipe, fittings, valves, fixtures, plumbing parts, and related materials.
• Ability to identify and differentiate plumbing products accurately.
• Construction, renovation, or maintenance experience involving plumbing materials is welcome.
• Plumbing supply warehouse or distribution experience is highly preferred.
• Willingness to learn warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ability to safely operate applicable warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work overtime based on operational needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Available Shifts

AM Shift

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime as needed

PM Shift

• Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM until completion
• Typical completion time: 12:00 AM–2:00 AM
• Overtime as needed
