Production Worker – Assembly
Location: Harlan, IA
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a manufacturing company in Harlan, Iowa, to hire a Production Worker for its assembly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and wants to be part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble components and products according to work instructions and production specifications.
- Use hand tools and basic production equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Follow established procedures to maintain consistent production quality.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain productive throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required by the position.
Compensation & Schedule
- $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- First shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
- Full-time, onsite position in Harlan, Iowa.
