What we’re looking for
How you’ll contribute
- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist coworkers with preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based systems.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team for miscellaneous projects.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to represent the hospital to board members, medical staff, visitors, and the community.
- Stay organized and carry out duties independently, using sound judgment and analytical skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
Requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and use downtime productively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered.
Schedule: Part time / PRN: Availability needed: Monday - Friday from 4pm - 8pm and weekends from 10am - 4pm.
