Mercy Plus is expanding our ABA team in the Monroe area, and we’re searching for a BCBA who’s passionate about meaningful clinical work, strong mentorship, and delivering ethical, high-quality care.

Your Impact
Clinical Care & Programming:
- Carry a caseload with approximately 25 billable hours/week
- Complete assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
- Review client progress frequently and adjust programming as needed
- Provide parent training and ensure consistent treatment integrity
- Maintain ethical standards in all aspects of ABA delivery
Team Support & Development
- Oversee, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- Lead team trainings, skill-building sessions, and case reviews
- Provide guidance to clinical students and help develop future BCBAs
Center Collaboration & Culture
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
- Problem-solve collaboratively and promote a positive team atmosphere
- Participate in staff meetings, quality initiatives, and center-wide projects
Organization & Professionalism
- Keep documentation, billing, and supervision reports accurate and timely
- Stay engaged in ongoing learning opportunities and professional development
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification state credential
- Clear background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate leadership style
- Ability to travel locally lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- QBS trained or open to training
