Schedule: Part-time, afternoon/evening availability required
Transportation: Ability to transport clients in personal vehicle preferred
Pay: Starting at $16/hr, with the opportunity to earn up to $18/hr in your first year based on performance and experience!

No experience? That’s okay — we offer paid, hands-on training to help you feel confident and prepared. All you need is a caring attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for making a difference.
What You’ll Do:
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will include:
- Supporting children using evidence-based ABA therapy
- Following individualized treatment plans to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Tracking progress and documenting session data
- Collaborating with your clinical team and maintaining strong communication
- Creating a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for the clients and coworkers
- Participating in monthly trainings, team meetings, and ongoing development of your skills
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassion, patience, and eagerness to learn
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow clinical guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play (running/jumping/crouching)
- Must pass background checks and obtain a TB test (after hire)
- CPR/First Aid & QBS certifications required (training provided!)
