Mercy Plus Healthcare Services is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). If you enjoy working with children and want a meaningful, rewarding role, we provide paid training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Work one-on-one with children with Autism (ASD)
Implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Support communication, social, and daily living skills
Track progress and document session data
Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation (must transport clients)
Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play
CPR/First Aid & QBS required (training provided)
