Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a BCBA located in Saginaw, MI. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role also includes monitoring and analyzing behavior data to ensure effective treatment.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Expertise in Psychology and Behavior Management
- Experience in Parent Education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with pediatric and adult patients is a plus
