Key Responsibilities
As Clinical Director, you will lead with compassion, expertise, and integrity while ensuring clinical excellence across all programs.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight for all ABA services.
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCBAs in delivering ethical and effective care.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee data collection and analysis, monitor client progress, and adjust programming as needed.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to foster family engagement and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and staff.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in honesty, respect, and compassion.
- Lead ongoing training and professional development initiatives for all team members.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current, active BCBA certification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in an ABA setting.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
