What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Payroll Specialist position at Mercy Plus Healthcare Services?
Mercy Plus is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to our team! We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee and implement our payroll processes.
Repsonibilities will include:
- Complete weekly audits on scheduling and timesheets for all divisions to ensure accurate weekly payroll
- Run monthly ACA reports and monitor eligibility for all benefits
- Process garnishment and child support orders accurately and timely
- Accounts payable data entry In Quickbooks
- Communication with OM's and HR for changes to ensure accurately processed
- Continuous improvement, investigation, and implementation in the payroll process
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Preferred experience with UKG Pro
