What You Will Do
As an intern, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations of our clinic, working closely with staff and patients. Key responsibilities include:

What You Will Do
As an intern, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations of our clinic, working closely with staff and patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting proactive outreach to patients for preventive care and appointment scheduling.
- Reviewing and managing medical records using Epic EHR and insurance portals.
- Delivering outstanding front desk service during patient check-in and check-out.
- Accurately entering and updating patient information, verifying insurance, and processing payments.
- Assisting with registration forms and obtaining required documentation.
- Facilitating communication between patients, providers, and staff.
- Supporting clinic flow and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Contributing to special projects such as quality improvement and patient satisfaction surveys.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (required)
