Job Summary:
The Associate Operations Coordinator will coordinate, and support systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. They will engage with key personnel in the production process. In addition, the coordinator will maintain reports and schedules which is vital for division management visibility and the production team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate, implement and maintain production control processes in coordination with Factory Logix.
- Maintain company policies and adhere to ISO9001/AS9100 quality requirements in production coordination efforts.
- Maintain, monitor, and report on production material flow to meet production/delivery schedules.
- Work closely with operation program managers to support daily status reports and relaying any problems in real time.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires one year of experience or less
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of basic Excel functions & other MS Office tools
- Good communication skills, problem solving ability and adaptability
- Ability to work OT as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems preferred
