Mercury Systems is seeking a detail‑oriented Information Technology Intern – Enterprise Systems to support our ongoing ERP implementation and related business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior year student interested in enterprise applications, supply chain processes, data quality, and cross‑functional systems work. You will collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to help ensure a smooth and successful ERP deployment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with ERP implementation activities, including:
- Gathering requirements from various business areas
- Supporting data cleansing and data preparation tasks
- Assisting with data migration prep activities
- Documenting business processes and workflows
- Performing bolt-on systems analysis and validation
- Support supply chain process mapping and improvement efforts, helping identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to understand business needs and system impacts.
- Help track implementation milestones and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication across project teams.
- Analyze operational and inventory data to support decision-making, testing, and process improvements.
- Participate in project meetings and status updates, capturing notes, action items, and progress summaries.
- Apply a basic understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and manufacturing processes, to support project tasks.
- Demonstrate familiarity with modern ERP systems and emerging AI capabilities, contributing to discussions on system enhancements and future state opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with operational and inventory data
- Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise‑level digital transformation
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows
- Proficiency with Excel and comfort learning new systems and tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross‑functional environments
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn complex enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant experience, which may include coursework, class projects, internships, or part‑time roles involving Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
