As a Sales Representative, you'll represent T-Mobile Business, working directly with local business owners and decision-makers to deliver connectivity and communication solutions that help their businesses perform at a higher level.

What You'll Be Doing
- Representing T-Mobile Business products and services, including wireless business plans, data solutions, devices, and connectivity tools designed for growing businesses
- Competing toward individual and team goals through professional, consultative sales conversations
- Building rapport with business owners and decision-makers and understanding how their operations function day to day
- Identifying challenges around communication, coverage, scalability, and cost efficiency, then positioning solutions that solve real problems
- Delivering clear, confident presentations that explain product features, pricing, and value
- Following up with prospects, staying organised, and supporting clients through the decision-making process
- Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and reliability
- Working closely with Merchant Row leadership and teammates to drive performance
- Staying up to date on T-Mobile products, promotions, and service updates
