Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in construction, real estate development, or related industries. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented financial professional who can manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting the company’s continued growth. This role offers a path to increased responsibility and leadership within the organization.

• 7 years of accounting or financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.
• CPA designation preferred; public accounting background a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
