Qualifications
- 7 years of accounting or financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.
- CPA designation preferred; public accounting background a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
