We are currently seeking a savvy financial professional to join our team as our Human Resources/Accounting Specialist.
Responsibilities
Payroll Processing and Management.
Responsible for employee-related matters, including HR compliance, new hire onboarding, records management and benefits plan management.
Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
Maintenance of employee files/documentation to ensure compliance.
Performs full cycle accounts payable processes: matching and reviewing vouchers for appropriate approvals, weekly payment runs.
Maintain vendor relationships.
Compensation: $60K to $65K per year based on experience.
