Luxury Automotive Sales Porter

Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Automotive Service Porter to join our dynamic team! As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by efficiently managing the flow of vehicles in our service department.

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Movement: Safely and efficiently move customer vehicles to designated service areas and parking spaces.

Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly and professional greeting to customers as they arrive and depart from the dealership. Assist with answering basic customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate service personnel.

Lot Maintenance: Keep the service drive and customer parking areas organized and clean. Perform regular lot checks to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Assist Service Team: Support service advisors and technicians by retrieving and delivering vehicles to the service bays in a timely manner. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow.

Fueling and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain fuel levels in service vehicles. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.

Key Management: Responsible for the proper handling and storage of vehicle keys. Ensure accurate tracking and organization of keys to prevent loss or misplacement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Our insurance requires any applicant to be 21
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate different types of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of automotive operations is a plus.
