About the Role
BMW of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a motivated and professional Client Advisor to join our luxury sales team. This role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience while building long-term client relationships and achieving sales performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and provide a consultative sales experience Demonstrate new and pre-owned BMW vehicles
- Follow up with clients via phone, text, and email
- Manage daily sales activities, appointments, and CRM tasks
- Maintain product knowledge on BMW models and technology
- Work with management to structure deals and close sales
- Build repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be able to work retail hours, including Saturdays
