Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic and innovative projects and being responsible for:
- Develop commercial relationships with key Sellers, supporting their growth and analyzing their performance on the platform.
- Analyze customer data and needs to provide recommendations that maximize their potential and competitiveness on Mercado Libre, identifying blockers and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Mercado Libre to build integrated proposals and end-to-end solutions for customers.
- Build deep expertise in Mercado Libre’s cross-border model, value proposition, and ideal product assortment to design and execute the best strategy across the client portfolio.
- Define, implement, and track performance metrics to prepare and deliver business reviews for the customer portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years of sales experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Valid visa and/or permanent work authorization required.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish.
