Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

Seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) with a minimum of one year of experience and an accredited degree to provide rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities include

• assessing referred patients' conditions and developing individualized treatment plans,
• delivering skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders,
• collaborating with multidisciplinary teams,
• documenting patient progress, and
• educating patients and families on therapy methods.
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass status,
• Active state licensure or in process,
• Current CPR certification,
• Accredited educational background.
  
  

Key Duties

• Develop and implement therapy plans,
• Provide direct patient care,
• Assess and modify care to meet goals,
• Document patient progress,
• Coordinate with healthcare team.
