Role & Responsibilities: The Physical Therapist (PT) assesses and treats patients requiring rehabilitation, developing personalized care plans based on medical condition, functional abilities, and goals. They provide skilled interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Key duties include documenting patient progress, modifying treatment plans, and ensuring goals are realistic and achievable.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must possess a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, have passed the NPTE, and hold or be in the process of obtaining licensure in the relevant state. A minimum of one year's experience and current CPR certification are required. Additional requirements are determined by the client facility.
