- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Identifying issues and modifying therapy approaches as needed.
- Tracking and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Supporting patients' communication victories and improvements.
- Current state licensure or certification as required.
- Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification, or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s with relevant experience acceptable.
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for making a positive impact in patients’ lives.
