- working Monday to Friday with no on-call, but includes weekend rotations and holiday availability
- traveling between patient visits with mileage reimbursement
- Flexibility to float to nearby agencies is required.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
- active state licensure, and CPR/BLS certifications
- Home health and OASIS experience are essential.
