- Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and overall well-being
- Conducting evaluations, developing individualized care plans, and delivering evidence-based treatments
- Documenting care accurately within the EMR system
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists
- Educating patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
- Utilizing telehealth and virtual care to enhance access and flexibility
- Valid OT license or eligibility in practice state
- Degree from an accredited OT program
- Proficiency in computer use and EMR systems
- Current CPR certification
