Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations in a home health setting, leading a team of clinicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Your responsibilities include managing patient care delivery, staff supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing referrals, and coordinating communication among healthcare providers. You will support clinical staff through education, goal-setting, and performance evaluations, while maintaining documentation quality and monitoring outcomes. Additionally, you will participate in hiring, training, quality improvement, and organizational initiatives. In exceptional cases, you may provide direct patient care and act as Branch Director in their absence.

Qualifications & Skills
- Current state RN license and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- At least two years of nursing experience with one year in management within home care or similar environments
- Lead clinical team and oversee patient care and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and billing standards
- Support staff development and performance management
- Coordinate care and communication among healthcare stakeholders
- Participate in quality improvement, budgeting, and community engagement
- Provide limited direct patient care when needed and serve as acting Branch Director
