- auditing active charts regularly
- maintaining accurate input and updates of chart deficiencies in the computer system
- distributing notices of delinquencies to physicians for completion
- reviewing, evaluating, and processing requests for release of information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- above-average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
