Autism Therapy Assistant - Training Provided

Role Overview: This position involves supporting children with Autism by creating an engaging environment that promotes skill acquisition, communication, and school readiness. Working under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will review behavior plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress through daily notes. The role emphasizes fostering developmental milestones, celebrating achievements, and collaborating with families.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives
• Desire to learn and grow within autism intervention
