Mentorship Academy Advance Training Institute Inc. (MAATI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and underserved communities through mentoring, academic enrichment, college and career readiness, and workforce development. We are seeking a highly organized, mission-driven, and student-centered leader to serve as our Part-Time Afterschool Program Site Coordinator.

This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of MAATI’s afterschool program site, ensuring effective implementation of programming aligned with BOOST grant objectives. The coordinator will supervise staff and volunteers, manage student attendance and safety protocols, support lesson delivery, and liaise with families and community partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, along with a passion for equity and youth development.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of youth development best practices and compliance monitoring
• Ability to supervise diverse teams and manage program logistics

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in out-of-school-time programming
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage program schedules and staff assignments
• Monitor program quality, student attendance, and data collection
• Serve as liaison between school, parents, and community partners
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and safety protocols
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and family engagement efforts

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
